In a new poll conducted it seems as if the consensus among most people is that rents are going to rise quicker then home values which means it is a good time to buy for all those renters. With a newfound sense that the market has hit bottom in many areas and with interest rates at historic lowes the time couldn't be any better to move into a home and begin to build some "long term" equity. Prices have continued to increase although most of this is modest but values have begun to move in the right direction.
