Why Rent!
Most people think it is a good time to buy. In a new poll conducted it seems as if the consensus among most people is that rents are going to rise quicker then home values which means it is a good time to buy for all those renters. With a newfound sense that the market has hit bottom in many areas and with interest rates at historic lowes the time couldn't be any better to move into a home and begin to build some "long term" equity. Prices have continued to increase although most of this is modest but values have begun to move in the right direction. Please see the attached link for more information. Click Here.

Greater Washington 2009 Heart Walk for the American Heart Association
Unfortunately, too many of us have a loved one affected by heart disease or stroke. To help stop this, I will be walking in this year's Start! Heart Walk benefiting the American Heart Association. I have set a personal goal to raise funds that... are needed for critical heart disease and stroke research and education. You can help me raise funds and protect those you love by making a donation online.
Click on the link below to visit my personal donation page where you can make a secure online credit card donation. The American Heart Association's online fundraising website has a minimum donation amount of $25.00. If you prefer a smaller amount, you can do so by sending a check directly to me.Your donation will make a difference in the fight against our nation's No. 1 and No. 3 killers-heart disease and stroke. Thank you for your support.

ACTION…
Are we totally given our free will?
Like a get out of jail card from God
Finding passion and hate in the shuffle
Losing ourselves to trying
To say what we want to say
Act, as we want to act
Are we to just sit back and chill?
Given a token to ride that train…
Clattering and rambling
With images and faces passing by
And the trueness of life is to take a snapshot
And tucking in your shoebox as cheat sheets
Are we wrap up by the all mighty dollar bill?
Embellish in the freeness of life
Your past is a virtual mental engraving picture show
And the horizon is your movie screen
The simplicity of looking out into the big blue
The cost is nonexistent but the show is never-ending
Finding, searching, defining, looking, feeling,
Loving, hating, crying, holding…
Should it be all action…
Or to know…
Is to just stand STILL!

Embracing Change!
Day 1.
My Song.
The lyrics of my life aren't to be sung; it's to remind me that it's all connected,
Some days it's loud and hard with a hook that keeps me spinning
Some days it's country with a story that has a beginning, middle and end
Some days it's jazz with just a beautiful rhythm of its own
I just need to know to just open up and listen and enjoy the beauty of my music.
